“The earth laughs in flowers.”
– Ralph Waldo Emerson

The flower is the part of the plant that produces seeds and therefore, more flowers. If everyone picked wildflowers, there would not be more wildflowers for us all to enjoy.

In a fun, interactive manner, our sing-along story, “On the Trail”, teaches the importance of not picking wildflowers.

“Enjoy the beauty of the wildflowers, please don’t pick them let them be. They will bloom again next summer if you let them go to seed.” – from On the Trail, book/CD set.
